Google drive is an online storage tool that can be used to
store files online. It allows you to access your files anywhere, at any time
and on any device, and this is a powerful team working tool as it enables you
to grab files anywhere on anything, instead of having to bring your laptop or
iPad in or worse still, forgetting to bring them in. It also allows you to
invite other people to view and collaborate on the files you or they have
uploaded, which really helps with the team work aspect of any project you are
working on.
The pros of this tool is that anyone can view the files you
have posted if you invited them and you can access them at anytime, anywhere.
The cons however, is that you need an internet connection to
be able to download the files you put up on another device or let alone change
them when you need to change them.
