Connection with peers.
I was playing Gaelic Football with a team, our chemistry was great and we had a good time before, during and after the matches. We made sure no one was left out and made people comfortable if they were new to the team. I had a good connection to the team and it was evident because we were winning matches all the time, especially against teams that we kept losing to over and over in the past. The good connection came when we all started to train together, hang out together. We wanted to be a casual yet professional team and we did this by adding fun to intense training. I felt good about what the coach has done for us, and I think the other guys also felt that way. Our "work" was affected in a great way and we were so close to wining the league but there are always teams that are better than us. We came third but we were satisfied because we were above 23 other teams that we bet or drew to. I also played for the school teams as well and it had the same result as the team I mentioned above because of course, they were my classmates and best friends and I knew most of the or knew some as acquaintances, so it was easy to play with them and work with them on winning the matches that were lined up for us.
